At Eclipse Archives, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curated pieces; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited-edition archival releases may be subject to final sale terms as specified on the product page.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authentication cards are included to maintain the item's archival value.

• 3.
  Ship to the Archives

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
